As part of our mission to reduce poverty in our communities, HHS is working to make sure our livestock project is successful. Pictured here are our technicians preparing the chicken coop. They are separating the large hens from the smaller ones and preparing their bedding in order for them to produce eggs.
Our livestock project will not only reduce malnutrition but will also provide our women beneficiaries with sustainable jobs. They will soon start selling eggs and chickens to families in the village which will generate stable incomes.
